Donations are accepted 10:30-1:30 M-W-F as well as the first Saturday of every month 9:00-Noon. They are limited to 5-6 bags/boxes of donated items per vehicle. Please call 1-866-544-6559 or message us on Facebook @hollyshouseofhope.org with any questions.
Donations we DO accept:
- Clothing
- Shoes
- Jewelry
- Bathroom: towels, washcloths, shower curtains, etc.
- Bedding sets/Blankets
- Children's books
- Toys, puzzles
- Purses, handbags, backpacks, lunch bags
- Baby items
Donations we do NOT accept:
- Soiled, stained, torn, wet or otherwise damaged items
- Furniture of any kind
- Home decor, wall art, candles, knick-knacks, etc.
- TVs or other electronics
- Adult Books, magazines
- Adult Movies
- Outdoor equipment/decorations
- Holiday decorations
- Expired car seats, recalled, unsafe, outdated baby equipment
- Plastic water bottles or sippy cups
- Hazardous materials, paint, household chemicals, etc.
- Food
Voucher Information
Holly's House of Hope Community Store uses a voucher system. Our voucher system requires individuals to have an HHH voucher to shop for free in the HHH Community Store. This voucher system, alongside the partnership of trusted organizations, allows us to be good stewards of your donations and give them where they are the most appreciated.
HHH vouchers are for emergency use. They are only available upon request and approval of a staff member from the Highland Area Christian Service Ministry (food pantry), DCFS, police/fire departments, school, churches, pregnancy centers, foster care organizations, hospital, and many other trusted organizations that help those in need.
